The aim of this Call is the improvement of the quality of life of people living with a muscular dystrophy condition
The 2023 Telethon-UILDM clinical Call is available online starting from February 28, 2023.
By the will of UILDM, the focus of this edition will be clinical research to address the complex medical needs of adult people with a muscular dystrophy.
Topics admitted to the Call may cover in-depth studies on natural history, cardiological management, nutritional and bone metabolism complications, cognitive and behavioural function, prognostic factors and biomarkers.
Multicentre and multidisciplinary proposals are solicited, with the direct involvement of experts of the different clinical areas and the younger clinicians to promote their professional growth and leadership in clinical research.
